Upcoming Broadway Show Lineup Announced at Marcus Performing Arts Center
Marcus Performing Arts Center (MPAC), Johnson Financial Group and Broadway Across America are proud to announce the 2022-23 season of Broadway at the Marcus Center, along with the new MPAC Presents series for 2022-23.

MPAC continues to expand its programming with a new season of MPAC Presents offerings featuring a 3-show series of dance, jazz and National Geographic Live as well as numerous world music, comedy and family events that will be announced in the coming weeks. A holiday mix for the whole family. This contemporary dance performance is a remixed and reimagined take on the classic, blending hip hop dance and the timeless music of Tchaikovsky into a moving and inspiring holiday event, brought to life by a powerhouse cast of a dozen star dancers. , DJ, violinist and MC Kurtis Blow, one of the founding fathers of hip hop.

Stage Africa! mixes percussive dance styles practiced by historically African-American fraternities and sororities; traditional dances from West and Southern Africa; and an array of contemporary dance and art forms in a cohesive and compelling artistic experience. Performances are much more than dance performances; they incorporate songs, storytelling, humor and audience participation. The mix of technique, agility and pure energy makes each performance unique and leaves the audience’s heart racing.

The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra (JLCO), comprised of 15 of today’s finest jazz soloists and musicians, has been Jazz at Lincoln Center’s resident orchestra since 1988 and spends more than a third of the year in tour around the world. Deputy musical director Wynton Marsalisthe Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra performs a wide repertoire, ranging from rare historical compositions to works commissioned by Jazz at Lincoln Center.
All Afro-Cuban Stars

The Afro-Cuban All Stars (ACAS) is a unique orchestra dedicated to promoting the full history of Cuban music. At each show, the orchestra showcases Cuba’s rich musical history by performing most of its musical genres. With the Afro-Cuban All Stars, Juan de Marcos has developed much more than a musical group, he has created an institution. The current line-up of ACAS is made up of the best Cuban musicians, all former members of the biggest Cuban groups. The Afro Cuban All Stars is a group that constantly tells the story of Cuban music to the rest of the world.

Yemen Blues: led by singer and songwriter Ravid Kahalani Yemen Blues is a powerful blend of Yemeni, West African and jazz influences. Mambo and North African rhythms create a joyful and deep base, while the vocals remind the listener of ancient Arabic songs mixed with funk and blues.
The Red Hot Chilli Pipers: Bagpipes with attitude, drums with a Scottish accent and a show so hot it carries its own health warning. Equal parts traditional Scottish folk melodies and legendary rock hits, the Red Hot Chilli Pipers deliver a concert experience like no other!
